B4 srl specializes in the subcontract assembly of lights and electro-mechanical components for the automotive and off-road sector.
We provide a complete assembling service for different products such as front/rear lamps , column switches, forward and reverse switches, resistive and capacitive fuel sensors, power boxes, micro switches and temperature sealing with epoxy potting compounds. We realize on customer request simple or structured cable harnesses for all kinds of applications.
Our tools include wire cutters, KMI crimping units and mini-applicators for crimping a wide range of terminals such as Amp, Tyco, Deutsch, Sumitomo, Packard, Jae, Delphi, ultrasonic welders for welding thermoplastic components, riveters for the assembling metal components or bulb holder , gluing, siliconing and resining units, tin- and well-soldering stations.
Quality inspections and electrical tests are carried out using computerized test benches tailored to the customer’s specifications.
