CRIMPING
We provide manual crimping of all kinds of terminals for the automotive and off-road sector.
IN-LINE RE-WIRING
Upon request, we perform in-line re-wiring and assembly at the customer’s premises using our own equipment and qualified staff.
ULTRASONIC WELDING
Ultrasonic welding is commonly used in the assembly of thermoplastic components.
The sonotrodes are designed and produced based on the shape and size of the components to be welded.
Heating at the welding area is due to absorption, the reflection of mechanical vibrations and friction between surfaces.
Various factors contribute to good quality, consistent welding, such as: the choice of a suitable work system (i.e. thermoplastic material), moulding conditions, and the design and geometry of parts.
RESINING/SILICONING
We supply the resin potting service using Elantron MC62 W363, EC141NF W242, PU2002 PH2000, 3M DP270 or spray protection coating for printed circuits using Elmotherm VA177HV e Dow I 2577 low voc conformal coating
RIVETING
We use copper, brass and steel rivets for a broad range of applications.
TIN SOLDERING
We do manual tin soldering on printed circuit boards and well soldering.
TESTING
The various products are tested according to the customer’s specifications. The test benches are designed and constructed according to the type of product to be tested.
